We accept select insurance plans for individual occupational therapy services. Please call our office for the most up-to-date information regarding accepted insurances.
Our current private pay rate is:
- $60 per 30 minutes for appointments at our facility
- $70 per 30 minutes for a home or community-based appointments
- $180 for an evaluation, including a written report and a phone conference
